These are the official Terms of Service for Publicrecordshub.com. These terms outline our official business practices. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them. They are legally binding. By using our site and/or ordering a crime record report, it indicates to us that you have read and understood all of the terms outlined here. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.

Service Fees

When signing up, have three options:

1. Receive a single report for $1.00. This is a one-time fee, for a single report.
2. Our Three Month Volume Discount Package: You will receive unlimited reports for 3 months at of a cost of only $28.95/month.
3. Our One Year Volume Discount Package: You will receive unlimited reports for 1 year at of a cost of only $28.95/month.

By registering with us and providing payment details you agree and acknowledge that you shall be charged the fees applicable to the plan you have selected. You may however contact us anytime via email support@publicrecordshub.com or phone 1-866-363-2818 to cancel your payment plan if you no longer use the service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting us at support@publicrecordshub.com or by calling 1-866-363-2818. Access to your Account shall be suspended and your Account cancelled within seven (7) business days of our receipt of your notice of termination.

Refunds

Refund requests for cancelled Accounts may be made at any time by contacting us at support@publicrecordshub.com or by calling 1-866-363-2818. Once our support receives your request they will be able to immediately provide a refund to the user back to there original card within 90 days of purchase.

We are a search service

We do not generate the information in our reports, because they are provided to us by various other agencies. In that sense, we are a third-party search service and not an information provider. We cannot be responsible for whether or not the information you find during a search is accurate.

Intellectual property

All of the images, text and code on our site are our intellectual property and protected by various international laws. You can use our site only for your private informational purposes. You may not use it for any commercial reasons. You may not attempt to replicate our site.

Liability limitations

We will not be held responsible for any real or imagined damages resulting from the use of our site and/or our reports. Our reports are provided on an as-is basis, and you use the information in our reports at your own risk.

Email and phone numbers

As per the terms of our privacy policy, when you purchase a report you give us the right to communicate with you via email and text with special offers and promotions, and for our third-party marketing partners to do the same.

Dispute resolution

Should there be a dispute between you and our company, you agree to have it settled through binding arbitration. Should your complaint be deemed to have merit, we will pay the cost of arbitration. Should your complaint be deemed without merit, you agree to pay the arbitration fees.

There may be links to third parties on our site. They have their own business practices and terms of services that you should review before you do business with them. We are not responsible for their actions.

Changes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States, and any cause of action that relates to or arises from these Terms and/or the Web site and/or the Services must be filed therein.
